With more than 8,000 things to Do, See and Taste, the 2010 Oregon State Fair (August 27 – September 6) is going to be Too Big to Miss! Last Year 350,000 people attended the Fair which features all the state’s best, with the fairgrounds becoming Oregon’s 2nd largest city for 11 days!

Winners in the week’s news- featured in The Statesman Journal

WINNER: Oregon State Fair. This year, the fair will live up to its slogan, “Too big to miss.” The fair opens today with timber competitions, an interactive dinosaur exhibit and other new activities to complement the beloved traditional homecraft, farm animal and chocolate-cake contests.
