Get out next week’s calendar. There are lots of neighborhood meetings coming on Tuesday, May 10:
•The Cully Association of Neighbors will meet at 7 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church, 6025 NE Prescott.
• The Grant Park Neighborhood Association will meet at 7 p.m. at Grant Park Church, 2728 NE 34th Ave.
•The Sullivan’s Gulch Neighborhood Association will meet at 7:30 p.m. at Holiday Park Plaza, 1300 NE 16th Ave.
• The Vernon Neighborhood Association will meet at 7 p.m. at the Vernon School, NE 20th & Killingsworth.
• The Concordia Neighborhood Association board will meet at 7 p.m. at the Kennedy School, 5835 NE 33rd Ave.
• The King Farmers Market is one of the sites for an expansion of a Portland Farmers Market program for kids. According to blogger Trace Salmon, the King Market will host the Bite Size Kids Cook – cooking classes for kids using seasonal produce.
• And speaking of Farmers Markets, the city has graciously compiled a handy list by quadrants, so check this list for which market is in our inner and outer Northeast neighborhoods.
